What to include

Include the page URL or person ID, whether you want a correction or removal, and a brief explanation. Public source links can help with corrections. Do not send private identity documents, legal names, sensitive personal information or photos.

What still needs to be established

Before describing a no-login request service as operational, DQDB needs a verified intake channel, an accountable operator, proportionate identity checks where necessary, and a process that prevents removed records from being republished. No response deadline or completed removal is promised by this preview.
